subject: blast from the past
*creeps in and looks around*

I'm currently reading Chaucer's Troilus and Creseyde in the original Middle English.

Troilus is emo. Just thought you should know.

Just another senseless rambling from your friendly neighborhood Bluebird. :) *yeah you know you like it*

subject: The Tenderness of Wolves by Stef Penney
This is a wonderfully crafted and intensely written story. Set in 1867 among the stark backdrop of the Canadian tundra as winter closes in, it tells the story of a group of peoples search for a murderer and the answers they find to some older mysteries. Penney has an amazing ability to set you into the mind of her characters and show you, if even in a glimpse, of their guiding reason/ing.

Well worth the read. And the second reading.
