It is. I don't think they're failing any org standards--my guide checked my harness rigging over and over--just customer service. And everyone else in the group seemed pretty happy, even the other guy I jumped with who was sans headgear.

I think I'm just hyper-aware of it because of having my own customer-oriented biz, being with Mr Smith, and living in a tourist-centered economy. That, and everyone else was so adrenalized they could barely see straight. :P

And really, how much of that are you going to rewatch? Often enough to bother keeping?

Thus far, I still need to take the time to watch through it the first time. I imagine a lot of it is gonna get deleted after 30 seconds of perusal.

I do have a pile of stuff I keep around because it holds up to multiple viewings. Some of the new stuff might eventually make it in there.

you start fucking the son of your closest friend? And she's the one who encouraged and pretty much choreographed the whole thing? Add onto that, she's rather open about being attracted to you, and you're into her, but unsure about taking it further than friendship? What a messed up triangle this is... yet not the only bad thing I've found myself doing in my loneliness.

He is 21 years old, legally an adult; and he's the one who has initiated the sex. I'm ambivalent about the whole situation. It's a huge self-esteem boost, and the sex is, of course, very good... But it's not just sex with him. We hang out, watch movies, snuggle. He gives me the 3A's, which I've been missing since I moved here.

Wait, your closest friend has a son, whom you're sleeping with; she encouraged you do it...
but you're attracted to your closest friend as well? Did she encourage this also?

Definitive goals will make or break this strange triangle. If you can aim for things everyone wants (besides the weird incestual option), like your life goals, his life goals, whatever you guys wanna do together then I guess everything will be okay. If you decide to date other people, or have different ideas about making babies then things get uncomfortable and sad. My friend is dating someone 10 years younger & they appear to be enjoying a fierce pursuit of their respective careers together. Getting a grip on yourself beyong the happysex hormones is the tough part. I believe if you sleep with someone long enough it gets harder to cut the supply.

Nice, nice, so very nice. So many people in the same device. Line out of Kurt Vonnegut's book, Cat's Cradle. Or maybe more appropriate, "Busy, busy, busy." - words that Bokononists whisper when they think about how complicated and unpredictable the machinery of life really is. (ref wiki)

Of course in the book, the world basically comes to a frozen end... But then they were playing with Ice 9, and you are simply playing with fire.

One way or another, good to see you posting again. And don't let these uptight youngsters, or me, dictate what can or can't work in your life. Only you can decide that, complicated as it may be.

Tests got moved to today June 21, but I have planetix for July 2-Aug 6.
Work wants me to begin the month off now, but I can't change the planetix. GAHH
