subject: I always have loved San Francisco
When I was a kid, I lived on Cayuga St., in Frisco for about 6 months while my Dad was completing some training.. I remember walking the streets hand in hand with my Mom and other siblings. It has always been such a liberal place. If I could afford it, I would live there again... Now, I live in Humboldt County and so wish I could be back there!

I live about an hour north thereof. Easier for me to get to oakland, though, because I hate paying five bucks just to get into that town.

You'd think there would be someone from the valley here. I mean it is the center of all that is great and noble, the center of geekdom. HP is down the road, Symantec world headquarters a few miles away, Mac(*shudder* god i hate mac);..... Anybody in the valley?

i think what it is is that most of the geeks here are the angry kind. the type of geeks that steal lunch money from punier geeks.

ogre-geeks if you will. rolls of d20 wouldnt help much with these guys, i dont think.

They would probably steal the punier geek's identity and steal just enough for lunch.

Hello All.................
I for some ungodly reason moved away from the beautiful bay, to nothern Idaho, as it is very beautiful and all mountains and snow, I miss the rush of the city! I will be there for memorial weekend, and I think it would be great to have a designated place for everyone to have a drink! I will see veryone soon.

Can we figure that Lake Tahoe would be associated with this San Francisco board?

Anybody else lucky enough to be up here for the 4th of July holiday / Fireworks show?
